Cancellation Policy –
- Customer Cancellations:
- For a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the tour start time.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
- Kiwi Road Tours Cancellations:
- If we cancel your tour for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- If a tour is cancelled due to insufficient bookings, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
