Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
- Tours are conducted in English unless a private tour with a different language guide is specifically booked.
- Child rates apply to children aged 5-15 years.
2. Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a booking without penalty, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the tour start time.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Kiwi Road Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Payment
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard & Union card.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the environment.
- The operator reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if a guest’s behavior is deemed inappropriate.
5. Liability
- Kiwi Road Tours accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests, except as required by law.
- Guests participate in tours at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

- Kiwi Road Tours is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.
